Bluffs Arts Council

The mission of the Bluffs Arts Council is to develop and promote Council Bluffs as a center for excellence in the arts.  For over 25 years, the Bluffs Arts Council has provided high-quality arts opportunities to the community.  Our current programs include Music & Movies in the Park (a free summer series of concerts and movies in downtown Council Bluffs), the Grant Wood Corn Room Mural Restoration Project, Black Squirrel Summer Arts Academy and Art Classes, Savor the Flavor (featuring craft beer, fine wine, gourmet food, art & music), an Arts in Education program that brings professional artists into the schools, the Wall 2 Wall artist exhibition program and an arts-themed Lecture Series.  The BAC is not funded by tax dollars; we rely on membership support, community grants, and donations for our operating and program expenses.  Please contact us to find out more or to become a member!
